Congratulations! To claim your upgrade, simply
- Board the correct First Class coach.
- Find your seat as shown in the app.
- Make sure you show both your original ticket and upgrade barcode to the Train Manager when asked to show your tickets.
Tip: The Seatfrog app will display your scheduled departure time. Please check the departure boards for the latest announcements for your platform and departure time.
Please note: You must have your valid Virgin Trains on the East Coast ticket for travel to show the Train Manager to redeem your First Class upgrade. If you cannot produce this when asked you may be charged the full First Class fare.
