Why do I need to provide my email address?
Your email address is used to login to your account. We will also keep you up-to-date with the latest information, and you'll receive emails with information on the following:
- Account setup
- Auction updates
- Upgrade ticket and receipt
- New partner updates
How do I manage email notifications?
At the bottom of our marketing emails is an 'unsubscribe' link. Tap this to unsubscribe or select 'Manage email preferences' to change the communications you would like to receive. You can update this at any time.
During an auction you'll also receive emails about your trip, and updates during the bidding process. Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org if you'd like to disable these.
What are app push notifications?
These are notifications that appear on the home screen of your mobile device to give you real time updates. We will keep you updated on your progress throughout an auction so make sure you have push notifications enabled.
How do I turn on push notifications?
iOS: Go to your Settings -> Notifications, scroll to find the Seatfrog app and 'Allow Notifications'.
Android: Go to your Settings, select 'Apps' or 'Application manager', find the 'Seatfrog App', go into 'Notifications' and 'Allow notifications' or 'Allow peeking'.
