New partnership. The same simple process
From the 21st of June, you’ll start seeing some new LNER logos and images, other than that, nothing else will change. Seatfrog upgrades will continue as usual, simply purchase a Standard Advance ticket, add your trip to the app and get bidding!
Have an existing VTEC ticket. We haven’t frog-otten you!
You still enter your booking reference to add your trip or forward your booking confirmation email to email@example.com and we’ll do it for you! So that you can catch up on work or have a cup of tea with your BFF from the comfort of First Class.
Is my upgrade still valid?
Yes, it is. All upgrades bought are still valid for the dates shown on the ticket.
Will it still work the same way?
There are no planned changes to the way Seatfrog operates. If anything does change we will make sure to update all our passengers via our social channels and email.
Will catering on the train still be available?
Yes, the catering on trains will carry on as normal.
What about seat reservations?
Upgrades will continue to come with a seat reservation. This number is located on your ticket.
I have booked travel assistance do I need to re-book?
Travel arrangements will be carried forward. However, if you have been upgraded and not updated VTEC or LNER about the change to your class of travel you will need to make them aware of changes to your travel details.
