Seatfrog accepts 10 and 8-character booking references on Standard Advance tickets booked via lner.co.uk on LNER services.
Where to find your 10-character booking reference
You can find your 10-character booking reference in the booking confirmation email issued when you purchase a Standard Advance ticket from lner.co.uk. In the email, LNER refer to it as your ‘transaction reference’, and it usually starts with '20S' or '19S'.
If you chose to have your tickets posted to you, then you can also find your 10-character booking reference on your ticket starting with '20S' and referred to as 'sort ref'.
