Supported ticket types
You can use Seatfrog to upgrade with LNER as long as you have a valid Standard Class ticket.
If you're using a Season ticket to travel with, you can add your trip to your account by selecting the Off-Peak/Anytime ticket option. We'll be updating the app soon to include the text 'Season ticket' but for now please select the flexible ticket option.
How do I buy an eligible ticket?
- You must be over 18 years of age or over to participate in bidding
- Book a service operated by LNER
- Book for travel on a weekday
If you booked direct with LNER, you will need to wait for 24 hour for your booking details to reach us, so that we can see it in the Seatfrog app.
