There are two ways you can purchase an eligible ticket for Seatfrog upgrades:
- You must be over 18 years of age or over
- Book a service operated by LNER
- Book for travel on a weekday
- When choosing your ticket, select 'Standard Advance Ticket'
If you booked direct with LNER, you will need to wait for 24 hour for your booking details to reach us, so that we can see it in the Seatfrog app.
Ticket types that are not currently eligible to be upgraded with us include:
- Family Return
- Super Off-Peak
- Season tickets
