Should you experience any issues trying to add your trip, placing a bid or wining an upgrade, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org.
For any trip related issues, please include the following information:
- Departure date
- Departure time
- Confirmation that you are travelling on a Standard Advance ticket
For any technical issues, please include the following information:
- A detailed description of the issue you are experiencing.
- The Seatfrog app version number, which can be found in the ‘Settings’ menu, underneath the ‘Sign out’ link e.g. ‘Version 1.0 build 1.1.’
- Your device and operating system e.g. ‘iPhone 6s, iOS 10.3.3’.
