As Seatfrog is a last-minute upgrade service we don’t always have first class seats confirmed for upgrade until close to the date of departure (though many are confirmed weeks in advance!).
Fortunately, you can still add your trip prior to travel and place a pre-bid to increase your chances of bagging an upgrade if seats do become available, and you will never be charged for placing a pre-bid if we do not have seat availability!
In the event that we do not have seats available, you will receive a “No Seatfrog Upgrades Available” notification. An example is shown above for a trip from London King’s Cross to Edinburgh Waverley travelling on 24th June 2018 where no upgrades are currently available.
Please note, we do not currently support Bank Holiday Services on any Train Operators or weekend upgrades with LNER.
