If you've booked a flexible ticket such as Off-Peak or Anytime, you'll need to add this trip to your account using our Trip Search tool.
Where to find your 10-character booking reference
You can find your 10-character booking reference in the booking confirmation email issued when you purchase a Standard Advance ticket from virgintrains.co.uk . In the email, Virgin Trains refer to it as your ‘booking reference' (please see the image below).
