Seatfrog accepts 10-character booking references for Standard Advance tickets booked via virgintrains.co.uk on Virgin Trains services operating on the West Coast Main Line.
If you've booked a flexible ticket such as Off-Peak or Anytime, you'll need to add this trip to your account using our Trip Search tool.
If you booked a Standard Advance ticket and selected, 'Collect your tickets at the station' at the time of booking, you can find your 10-character booking reference either:
- In your confirmation email sent by Virgin Trains. For more information please see this article: Where do I find my booking reference on my booking confirmation email?
- On the bottom left edge of your orange ticket when collected from a ticket machine.
