Which booking references does Seatfrog accept?
Let's take a look, shall we?
Seatfrog accepts booking references for standard class tickets booked over 24 hours before the departure date, directly with our partners (Avanti West Coast, CrossCountry, EMR, GWR, LNER, TPE).
Grand Central bookings don't use a booking reference, so you need to add your trips with Train Search.
Booking references from third-party suppliers, like Trainline, won't be recognised, but you can also add them with Train Search.
If you're having problems adding a trip with your booking reference, or if you've booked a flexible ticket (Off-Peak, Anytime) without a reservation, you will need to find your train manually using our Train Search tool. It only takes a moment or two.
Where can I find my booking reference?
The location of your booking reference can differ depending on the train operator and your purchase method. You will usually find it on your confirmation email, your physical paper ticket, or the app where you made the purchase.
Please review the relevant link below if you're having trouble finding your booking reference. Alternatively, drop us an email at help@seatfrog.com. We're always ready to leap into action if our Seatfroggers need help.
