Which booking references does Seatfrog Accept?
Seatfrog accepts booking references for standard class tickets that were booked over 24 hours ago, directly with our partners (Avanti West Coast, CrossCountry, EMR, GWR, LNER, TPE). References from third party suppliers, such as Trainline, will not be recognised.
Grand Central bookings don't use a booking reference and need to be added with Train Search.
If you're having problems adding a trip with your booking reference, or if you've booked a flexible ticket (Off-Peak, Anytime) without a reservation, you will need to find your train manually using our Train Search tool.
Where can I find my booking reference?
The location of your booking reference may differ depending on the train operator and your method of purchase. It will be located on your confirmation email, your physical paper ticket, or the app where you made the purchase.
