Seatfrog accepts 8-character booking references for Standard Advance tickets booked via GWR.com.
If you've booked a flexible ticket such as Off-Peak or Anytime, you'll need to add this trip to your account using our Trip Search tool.
Where to find your 8-character booking reference
You can find your 8-character booking reference in the booking confirmation email issued when you purchase a Standard Advance ticket from GWR (please see the image below).
