If you've booked a flexible ticket such as Off-Peak or Anytime, you'll need to add this trip to your account using our Trip Search tool.
If you booked a Standard Advance ticket via the GWR App and selected, 'Collect your tickets at the station' at the time of booking, you can find your 8-character booking reference in 'Tickets'. Please see below:
If you've opted for the Mobile Ticket, you can find your 8-character booking reference in the booking confirmation email sent by GWR.
