Should you experience any issues trying to add your trip, placing a bid or winning an upgrade, send us an email from your registered email address to help@seatfrog.com.

For any trip related issues, please include the following information:

  • Departure date
  • Departure time
  • Origin
  • Destination
  • Your ticket type

For any technical issues, please include the following information:

  • A detailed description of the issue you are experiencing.
  • Screenshots of the problem.
  • The Seatfrog app version number, which can be found in the ‘Settings’ menu, underneath the ‘Sign out’ link e.g. ‘Version 1.0 build 1.1.’
  • Your device and operating system e.g. ‘iPhone 6s, iOS 10.3.3’.
