Seatfrog accepts 10-character booking references for Standard Advance tickets booked via crosscountrytrains.co.uk on CrossCountry Trains' services.
If you've booked a flexible ticket such as Off-Peak or Anytime, you'll need to add this trip to your account using our Train Search tool.
Where to find your 10-character booking reference
You can find your 10-character booking reference in the booking confirmation email issued when you purchase a Standard Advance ticket from crosscountrytrains.co.uk.
If your 10 digit booking confirmation number doesn't appear in the subject of your confirmation email, scroll down to the "Payment Details" section. Here, you'll find a 10 character Transaction ID which you can use to search for your trips.
Alternatively, you can add trips to your account using our Train Search tool.
