Seatfrog accepts 8-character booking references for Standard Advance tickets booked via crosscountrytrains.co.uk on CrossCountry services.
If you've booked a flexible ticket such as Off-Peak or Anytime, you'll need to add this trip to your account using our Train Search tool.
If you booked a Standard Advance ticket and selected, 'Collect your tickets at the station' at the time of booking, you can find your 8-character booking reference either:
- In your confirmation email sent by CrossCountry Trains. For more information please see this article: Where do I find my booking reference on my booking confirmation email?
- On the bottom-left edge of your orange ticket when collected from a ticket machine.
