When you add a trip to Seatfrog, we'll display the departure time, correct to the timezone settings on your handset. If you add a trip to your account and then travel to another country, with a different timezone, the departure time will then display correctly for that region.
When using the Train Search tool to add a trip, the departure times in the search results are fixed and will not be affected by a change of timezone.
For example, if you added the 08:30 Kings Cross - Newcastle, to your Seatfrog account and then went to visit France, the app would display the departure time as 09:30, because France, is an hour ahead. Once you're back in the UK, or change the timezone settings on your handset the departure time will be displayed correctly.
If you're in doubt about the trip you have added, please check the email confirmation we sent when you added the trip to your Seatfrog account. Every time you add a trip to your account, we automatically send out an email confirming the trip you have added including the departure and arrival time, as well as the auction start and end times. These times are fixed and will not change even if you are travelling.
