Service cancelled
If you win a Seatfrog upgrade on a Caledonian Sleeper service and your trip is cancelled you may still be able to use your upgrade on the next available service. In the event of a cancellation, a member of the Guest Ambassador team will make contact with you to confirm.
Service Delay
Seatfrog upgrades are eligible for Delay Repay compensation if a service is delayed by 30 minutes or more. Or a refund if the service is cancelled and you're not able to use it on the next available service. To claim a refund on the upgrade, customers will need to contact the Caledonian Sleeper team, who will assess how much compensation you are due, and send it to you by the method you prefer.
When making a claim for compensation please remember to attach the email receipt you received from Seatfrog when you won the upgrade, along with their original travel ticket
