Seatfrog accepts 8-character booking references for tickets booked with a reservation via https://www.tpexpress.co.uk/ on Transpennine Express services.
If you've booked a flexible ticket without making a seat reservation with your booking you'll need to add this trip to your account using our Train Search tool.
If you booked and selected, 'Collect your tickets at the station' at the time of booking, you can find your 8-character booking reference either:
- In your confirmation email sent by TransPennine Express. For more information please see this article: Where do I find my booking reference on my booking confirmation email?
- On the bottom-left edge of your orange ticket when collected from a ticket machine.
If you booked e-tickets the booking reference will not be displayed on the actual ticket and you will need to consult your booking confirmation email.
