When you book your tickets the 8 character booking reference will be displayed temporarily in the TPExpress app:
After a while, this will no longer be visible and you'll either need to check your booking confirmation email or visit your TPE account. You can access your account from the app by:
- tap "more" in the menu
- tap info
- select "getting your tickets"
- Scroll to receipts section and tap the "account" link. This will open the TPE site on your browser.
- Sign in and you'll be able to view your journeys and the booking confirmation will be displayed here, under reference:
