Any customer who is 18 years and over, and has booked a valid ticket is eligible to take part in an auction. For Caledonian Sleeper upgrades, you'll also need to have booked:
- Single trip only. Return trips or Flexipass tickets are not eligible.
- A Classic Room
- Single room, up to 2 travellers only
- Booked directly with Caledonian only
