If when trying to add a payment card, you receive an error message stating we couldn't create the payment method, first, please double-check that all details you're entering are correct.
If the problem continues, please head to your app store and make sure that you have the latest version of the app. Our latest update should then allow you to add your preferred payment card. You may need to authorise this action with your bank.
If the problem continues you may need to delete the app and try a fresh install.
