Can I choose when I travel with Secret Fare?

You can choose your travel date and a time window.

You cannot choose a specific train or exact departure time.

Available time windows

When booking Secret Fare, you select one of the following:

• Morning: 07:00–11:59

• Afternoon: 12:00–16:59

• Evening: 17:00–23:00

Your assigned train will depart within your selected time window.

When will I receive my train details?

Your exact train and ticket details will be sent by email the day before departure.

Your ticket is only valid for the specific train assigned.

Can I change my train after it is assigned?

No.

Once your Secret Fare ticket is issued:

• It cannot be changed.

• It cannot be transferred to another train.

• It cannot be refunded.

Support cannot amend your assigned service.

Important

Secret Fare tickets are non-refundable and non-cancellable once purchased.

Before booking, ensure:

• Your travel date is correct.

• Your selected time window works for you.

• You are available to travel at any time within that window.
