Where can I go with Secret Fare?

Secret Fare tickets are available on selected routes operated by the following train companies:

• TransPennine Express

• East Midlands Railway

• South Western Railway

• Greater Anglia

• Great Western Railway

Secret Fare is not available on all routes or services.

How to check if your route is eligible

To see if Secret Fare is available for your journey:

1. Enter your departure and destination in the Seatfrog app or on the Secret Fare website.

2. Select your travel date.

3. If Secret Fare is available, it will appear as a booking option.

4. If it does not appear, the route or date is not eligible.

Availability varies by:

• Operator

• Route

• Travel date

• Seat availability

Secret Fare options cannot be manually added or released by support.

Important

• Secret Fare tickets are valid only on the assigned train.

• Not all services operated by these train companies are eligible.

• Availability may change depending on demand.

If your route does not appear in the app, Secret Fare is not available for that journey.
