Yes. Once your Superfare train has been allocated, you can upgrade to First Class if upgrades are available for your allocated service.
After your train is confirmed, open the Seatfrog app to check whether a First Class upgrade is available. If it is, you can join an auction or buy an Upgrade Now offer, just like any other eligible Standard Class ticket.
When can I upgrade?
You can only upgrade after your Superfare train has been allocated. Before then, upgrade options won't be available because your train hasn't yet been confirmed.
Are upgrades guaranteed?
No. Upgrades aren't available on every service and depend on:
- whether the train operator offers Seatfrog upgrades;
- whether First Class upgrades are available on your allocated train; and
- seat availability at the time.
