Can I choose when I travel with Superfare?
You can choose your travel date and a time window.
You cannot choose a specific train or exact departure time.
Available time windows
When booking Superfare, you select one of the following:
Morning: 07:00–11:59
Afternoon: 12:00–16:59
Evening: 17:00–23:00
Your assigned Avanti West Coast service will depart within your selected time window.
When will I receive my train details?
Your exact departure time and ticket will be emailed to you at least 24 hours before travel.
You must travel on the assigned train.
Can I change my train after booking?
No. Once a Superfare booking is confirmed:
It cannot be changed.
It cannot be transferred to another train.
It cannot be cancelled or refunded (unless the train is cancelled).
Support cannot amend your assigned service.
