My train was delayed — can I get compensation?
If your train was delayed, you may be entitled to compensation under the Delay Repay scheme rather than a standard ticket refund.
Delay Repay is managed by the train operator you travelled with.
Compensation amounts depend on:
The length of the delay
The train operator’s policy
How to claim Delay Repay
Delay Repay claims must be submitted directly with the train operator.
You cannot claim compensation through Seatfrog.
To apply:
Visit the website of the train operator you travelled with.
Locate their Delay Repay section.
Submit your claim with your ticket details.

Delay Repay is compensation for delays, not a standard ticket refund.
Claims cannot be processed at the point of purchase.
You must apply directly to the train operator.
