We're sorry your train was cancelled. We know how frustrating that can be. The good news is that if your train was cancelled and you chose not to travel, you are entitled to a refund.
To claim refund you'll need to use the following link, https://seatfrog-refunds.fastrailticketing.com/ and complete the refund request form. Please be sure to review all details are correct before submitting.
Once all that information has been received, you'll receive a reference number for your request via email. And and later, confirmation when there is a change to your refund status.
If your train was cancelled and you travelled using the ticket on another service, you may be entitled to claim Delay Repay. You'll need to visit the rail operator's website that you travelled with to make a claim.
