If you have requested a refund for flexible train tickets, your booking will be locked until the refund is processed or the request is cancelled. While the booking is locked, you won’t be able to access your ticket details.
You may need to cancel the refund request to unlock your booking if:
You need to submit a refund application at https://seatfrog-refunds.fastrailticketing.com/, or
You have a return ticket, as both outbound and return legs will be locked.
If you selected eTickets, you can still access them via your booking confirmation email as an alternative.
How to cancel a refund request and unlock your tickets
Open your booking.
Tap “Refund requested.”
On the next screen, tap the green Cancel button to cancel the request.
Cancelling the request will unlock your tickets and will not affect any refund application you make at https://seatfrog-refunds.fastrailticketing.com/.
