When can I book Secret Fare tickets?

Secret Fare tickets can be booked from when train reservations open until two days before travel.

Train reservations typically open up to five months in advance, depending on the rail operator.

You can book Secret Fare:

• As soon as reservations are available for your route

• Up to two days before your travel date

If Secret Fare does not appear for your chosen date or route, it is not available.

Secret Fare availability cannot be manually released by support.

• Availability is limited.

• Not all routes or dates are eligible.

• Once purchased, Secret Fare tickets are non-refundable and cannot be changed.

If your journey date does not appear in the app, booking is either not yet open or no Secret Fare tickets are available for that service.
