No, you cannot change the origin or destination of your booking once it has been confirmed.

This means you cannot:

• Swap departure and arrival stations

• Reverse your journey (e.g. London → Manchester instead of Manchester → London)

• Edit the route after booking

This applies to all Seatfrog products, including:

• Superfare

• Secret Fare

• Rail Tickets

• Seatfrog Upgrades

If you have booked the wrong route, you will need to make a new booking with the correct journey details.

Refund eligibility depends on the product type.
