If you selected Collect at station when booking your rail ticket, you must print your tickets from a National Rail self-service ticket machine before travelling.
Where can I collect my tickets?
You can collect your tickets from any National Rail station with a self-service ticket machine.
You do not need to collect them from your departure station.
There is no fee for ticket collection.
Tickets are usually available for collection 15 minutes after booking.
What do I need to collect my tickets?
To print your tickets, you must bring:
Your Ticket Collection Code
A payment card
The payment card is used for verification only. You will not be charged again.
Important
You must collect and print your tickets before boarding the train.
Your booking reference or confirmation email is not valid for travel.
You cannot travel using only your reference number.
Travelling without a printed ticket may result in a penalty fare.
If you selected an e-ticket, you do not need to collect tickets from a machine.
