What is my Ticket Collection Code?
If you selected Collect at station when booking your rail ticket, you will receive a Ticket Collection Code.
This code allows you to print your tickets from a National Rail self-service ticket machine.
If you selected an e-ticket, you do not need a Ticket Collection Code.
Where to find your Ticket Collection Code
Your Ticket Collection Code is:
Displayed in the Seatfrog app after booking
Included in your booking confirmation email
It is usually a 6–8 character alphanumeric code.
How to collect your tickets
To print your tickets at the station:
Go to a National Rail self-service ticket machine.
Select “Collect pre-paid tickets.”
Enter your Ticket Collection Code.
Insert a payment card for verification.
The card is used for identification only. You will not be charged again.
Important
Ticket machines cannot issue tickets without the correct collection code and a payment card.
Seatfrog Support cannot override ticket machine requirements.
If you lose your code, check your confirmation email or app before contacting Support.
