Why do I need to provide my email address?
Your email address is used to login to your account. We will also keep you up-to-date with the latest information, and you'll receive emails with information on the following:
- Account setup
- Auction updates
- Upgrade ticket and receipt
- New partner updates
How do I manage email notifications?
At the bottom of our marketing emails is an 'unsubscribe' link.
You can also unsubscribe at any time from within the app by tapping on the Account icon. Then tap on 'notifications' where you can select or deselect the type of emails you wish to receive.
What are app push notifications?
These are notifications that appear on the home screen of your mobile device to give you real time updates. We will keep you updated on your progress throughout an auction so make sure you have push notifications enabled.
How do I turn on push notifications?
iOS: Go to your Settings -> Notifications, scroll to find the Seatfrog app and 'Allow Notifications'.
Android: Go to your Settings, select 'Apps' or 'Application manager', find the 'Seatfrog App', go into 'Notifications' and 'Allow notifications' or 'Allow peeking'.
