You can control how and when Seatfrog contacts you, including emails, push notifications, and Live Activities.

📧 Email notifications
Why do I need to provide my email?
Your email address is used to sign in to your Seatfrog account. We also use it to send you important information related to your account and activity, including:
- Account setup and security
- Auction updates
- Upgrade confirmations and receipts
- New partners and product updates
How do I manage email notifications?
You can manage or unsubscribe from email notifications at any time in the app.
- Open the Seatfrog app
- Tap the Account icon
- Select Notifications
- Choose which types of emails you want to receive
🔔 Push notifications
What are push notifications?
Push notifications are alerts that appear on your phone’s home or lock screen. They provide real-time updates, especially during live auctions, so you don’t miss important changes.
To receive auction updates, make sure push notifications are enabled for the Seatfrog app.
How do I manage push notification settings?
The steps are the same on iOS and Android:
- Open the Seatfrog app
- Go to Account
- Select Notifications
Turn notifications on or off based on your preferences
Go to Account and select Notifications:
From there you can opt in and out of your preferred notifications:
📱 Live Activities (iOS only)
What are Live Activities?
Live Activities show real-time auction updates directly on your iPhone’s lock screen, allowing you to track your auction progress without opening the app.
They provide quick, at-a-glance updates while an auction is active.
How do I manage Live Activities?
Live Activities are controlled through your iPhone’s notification settings:
- Open iOS Settings
- Select Notifications
- Tap Seatfrog
- Turn Live Activities on or off
Live Activities will only appear while an auction is active.
Go to Account and select Notifications:
From there you can opt in and out of your preferred notifications:
May need to update device settings for Seatfrog.
🤖 Live Updates (Android)
How do I manage Live Updates on Android?
Live Updates on Android are managed through your push notification settings.
- Open the Seatfrog app
- Go to Account
- Select Notifications
- Turn push notifications on or off based on your preferences
You can also control these updates via your device settings:
- Open Android Settings
- Tap Notifications>Apps
- Select Seatfrog
- Adjust notification permissions as needed
