No need to queue at the ticket office, or worry about collecting your tickets in time. An eTicket is purchased in the app and instantly emailed to your registered address and is accessible in the app.
When you travel you just scan the barcode from your phone or if you prefer you can print the ticket at home then scan it at the gates. E-tickets can't be collected from a ticket office or printed from a ticket collection point.
