Who should I contact for help with my Superfare booking?
Who you need to contact depends on whether your ticket has been issued.
If your Superfare ticket has already been issued
If you need real-time travel support, contact Avanti West Coast directly.
This includes:
Train cancellations
Train delays
Platform information
Boarding issues
Onboard assistance
Passenger Assist
Once issued, Superfare tickets are fulfilled by Avanti West Coast.
Station staff or onboard crew can also assist on the day of travel.
If your Superfare ticket has not yet been issued
If you have a question about:
Your booking confirmation
Payment
Not receiving your ticket email
App or account issues
Contact Seatfrog Support.
Important
Superfare tickets cannot be changed or cancelled once confirmed.
Delay Repay claims must be submitted directly to Avanti West Coast.
Refund requests due to cancellation must be submitted via the Superfare refund form.
If you are unsure whether your ticket has been issued, check your confirmation email first.
Urgent Trip Support
If your rail tickets have been issued and you need real-time support about your trip or require extra assistance, it is best to contact your travel provider. In this case, Avanti West Coast. If your tickets have not been issued please contact help@seatfrog.com.
