Seatfrog does not provide Passenger Assist services.
When can I book Passenger Assist?
You can book Passenger Assist up to two hours before your journey, subject to operator availability.
Booking earlier is recommended to ensure arrangements can be confirmed.

Get help boarding and leaving the train
Reserve wheelchair spaces
Reserve specific seats (where available)
Receive journey planning support
Travel with assistance animals
