If you saw “We’re having trouble confirming your booking”
If you saw the message:
“We’re having trouble confirming your booking”
after attempting to book a Superfare ticket, it means your booking did not complete successfully at that time.
You may also see:
- A booking reference shown on screen
- A payment taken or showing in your bank
- No confirmation email received
What does this mean?
This message indicates that we were unable to confirm your booking during checkout.
Even if:
- A payment appears in your bank, or
- A reference number was generated,
this does not always mean your booking was successful.
Your booking may be:
- Still processing, or
- Incomplete and requires checking
Do I have a ticket?
You will only have a valid ticket if you receive a confirmation email.
If you:
- Did not receive a confirmation email, and
- Cannot see a ticket
then your booking is not confirmed yet.
What about the payment?
If a payment has been taken or is showing as completed:
- This may be part of a pending or incomplete transaction
- Superfare payments are not always automatically released immediately
- The payment status needs to be checked against your booking
What should I do next?
If you see this message, please contact Support so we can confirm your booking status.
Include:
- Your email address
- The booking reference shown on screen
- The date and amount of the payment
- A screenshot of the message (if available)
We’ll check whether:
- Your booking was successfully created, or
- The payment needs to be resolved
Should I try booking again?
We recommend not booking again straight away if a payment has already been taken.
Contact Support first to avoid:
- Duplicate bookings
- Multiple charges
Important
- A booking reference alone does not confirm a ticket
- A confirmation email is required for a valid booking
