What should I do if my Superfare train was delayed?
Superfare is available only on Avanti West Coast services.
If your Superfare train was delayed by 15 minutes or more, you may be eligible for compensation through Avanti West Coast’s Delay Repay scheme.
Seatfrog does not process Delay Repay claims.
When can I claim?
You can submit a Delay Repay claim if your Avanti West Coast service was delayed by 15 minutes or more.
Compensation is assessed under Avanti West Coast’s Delay Repay policy.
How to submit a Delay Repay claim
Claims must be made directly with Avanti West Coast.
To apply:
Visit the Avanti West Coast website: here.
Select the Delay Repay section.
Submit your journey details and booking confirmation.
You will need:
Your Superfare ticket or confirmation email
Details of the delayed service
Avanti West Coast will assess and process your claim.
Important
Seatfrog does not assess or approve Delay Repay claims.
Superfare tickets are non-refundable unless the train was cancelled.
Delay Repay applies to delays of 15 minutes or more.
