This can include:
A button that does not respond when tapped
A link that does not open
An auction that will not load
An upgrade option that does not open
The screen not progressing after a selection
The app appearing stuck on the same page
First, try these steps
Before contacting Support, complete the following:
Fully close the Seatfrog app and reopen it.
Check that you are using the latest version of the app.
Switch between Wi-Fi and mobile data.
Log out and log back in.
Restart your device.
If the issue continues after completing these steps, contact Support with the details below.
Information we need to investigate
To help us investigate, provide:
1. App version
Open the app and go to:
Account → scroll to the bottom of the screen
The version number appears below “Sign Out” alongside your User ID.
2. Device type
For example: iPhone 14 or Samsung Galaxy S23.
3. Operating system (OS) version
For example: iOS 17.3 or Android 14.
4. What you were trying to do
For example: tapping “Upgrade Now”, opening an auction, viewing a specific train.
5. Train service and date (if relevant)
Include the departure time.
Screenshots or screen recordings are helpful if available.
Important
An upgrade is not secured until payment is confirmed.
Seatfrog cannot manually complete an upgrade if a purchase was not successfully processed in the app.
Availability may change while an issue is being investigated.
