For the smoothest experience, please use payment cards issued by UK banks. Cards issued by overseas banks may trigger our security measures (risk score) and be declined.
What is a Risk Score?
A risk score is a security measure that helps protect both customers and our platform from potentially fraudulent activity. This score can increase for various reasons, including failed payment attempts. Once elevated, the score needs several days to naturally decrease before new payment methods can be added.
If Your Card is Declined
If you receive a "refused (20)" error or your card keeps being declined, please stop attempting to add a payment card as additional attempts will increase your risk score further. Consider waiting several days before trying again.
Best Practices
Ensure you have the latest version of the app installed. If experiencing issues in the app, try adding your card via our website at https://account.seatfrog.com. After successfully adding a card, refresh the app.
