If you believe there is suspicious activity on your account we recommended changing your password and email address as soon as possible.
The password can be changed by signing out of the app and clicking 'forgot password' on the login screen. For more info on changing your password, please see: Upgrade your account security: refresh your password.
To change your email address please tap 'Account', then Personal Information. From here you can update your address.
While Seatfrog's data remains secure, it is important to note that if you have shared passwords with other accounts that have been compromised, there is a risk that those same credentials could be attempted on other applications as well. This could explain any suspicious activity. The easiest way to prevent this is to use a unique login/password.

I've noticed some transactions that aren't mine
If you notice transactions on your account that you haven't made. Please immediately change your password.
To prevent further transactions you may wish to remove your payment card from the app. This can be done by:
- tap Account - bottom right
- tap Payment details
- then, swipe left over your card to remove
You may also wish to freeze your payment card with the bank.

I'm worried about my bank details being shared
Rest assured your payment card details are secure with Seatfrog and cannot be accessed. When you add a card to Seatfrog we don't continue to hold your payment card details. Instead, they are replaced with a unique identifier, or token, to further enhance their security. This tokenised representation ensures that your actual bank card details are not accessible or visible. So, you can have peace of mind knowing that your bank card information is well protected within the app.
I can't log into my account
Firstly please check that you're logging in with the correct user details. You might be able to confirm the email address by looking at any previous email messages we've sent to you.
It's important to note that if you signed up with an Apple ID, using private relay you'll need to log in with this email address rather than the one it represents.
If you're using the correct details and cannot access your account or think your email address has been removed/changed please contact our team by writing to help@seatfrog.com. Remember to include the email address you used, the name the account is registered to and the last time you used the app.
