I received a Seatfrog sign-in code but I don’t have an account
If you’ve received a Seatfrog sign-in code (OTP) email that you didn’t request, including if you don’t have a Seatfrog account, this does not mean anything has been compromised.
Why you received this email
This usually happens when someone tries to:
Sign up for Seatfrog
Log in using your email address
They may have entered your email by mistake.
I don’t have a Seatfrog account. What does this mean?
If you don’t have an account, it means someone has used your email address while trying to sign up.
They cannot create or access an account without access to your email inbox.
Is my existing Seatfrog account safe?
Yes, your account remains safe.
No one can access a Seatfrog account unless they:
Can access your email inbox
Enter the sign-in code sent to you
If you didn’t share the code, nothing has been accessed.
What should I do?
You can safely ignore the email
Do not share your sign-in code with anyone
If you receive a large number of these emails, contact our support team so we can investigate.
How to check the email is genuine
Seatfrog sign-in code emails will only come from:
@seatfrog.com
If the email is from a different address:
Do not click any links
Do not enter any information
Still need help?
If you’re unsure or have concerns, contact our support team by writing to help@seatfrog.com and include details of the email address the sign-in code was sent to. We’ll take a look.
