Each time you sign into Seatfrog with your email address, we'll send a unique, time-sensitive verification code straight to the email address registered to your Seatfrog account. Just enter that code into your app, and you're in. 🎉 No password needed.

Just a heads up – this security feature is specifically for our email and password users. If you're using your Apple ID to sign in, you're already covered and can continue as normal. 😉

Why do I need to enter this verification code?
We want to make sure it's really you, and this is way more secure than a password (and one less password you have to remember, hurray!). If you're using your email to sign in, you'll need to enter a new sign-in code each time you log in or when you create a new account.
I didn't try to sign in. Why am I getting a sign-in code email?
Don't worry. If you received a sign-in code email but didn't request it, you can ignore it. Someone might have accidentally typed in your email address. Oops! 🖐🤦♂️
Can I turn off these login verification codes?
If you're an Android user, then this will be the only way to log in. But if you're an Apple user, you can choose to log in using 'Continue with Apple'. Keep in mind that this will be a different account to the one where you sign in by entering your email address. If you want to access that account, you'll need to use the sign-in code and original email address. 🍎
Can I use the older version of the app?
To use Seatfrog you'll need to have the latest version of the app installed.
What is a magic link?
A magic link is a link we'll send out to your registered email address in place of a sign-in code. Just open the email and click on the link, voila. You're in.

I didn't get the verification code email?
First things first, make sure you're connected to the internet when using the app. You need to be online so we can receive your request and send that all-important code your way. 📶

Your sign-in code is like your toothbrush – it's just for you. 🦷🚫 If anyone asks for it, even if they claim to be from Seatfrog, derail that request. 🚂🙅♂️ We only ever send sign-in codes to your registered email. But if someone's been asking for your code, let us know so we can investigate.
How can I tell if a sign-in code is from Seatfrog?
Our codes only come from our official email address, so if it's not from hello@seatfrog.com*, it's not from us.
