To help with the costs of running our technology, as well as supporting future money-saving innovations and ensure top-notch customer service, we charge a platform fee of £3 per seat when you bid for upgrades (only payable if you win).
While we’d love to be able to do it all for free, we think you’ll agree that the platform fee is a fair reflection of the brilliant service and amazing savings we give you.
