Whether you’ve secured an upgrade through a last-minute auction or purchased it in advance, all upgrades are tied to the specific journey and departure time. We work with a limited inventory of available First Class seats, so seat changes are not possible after your upgrade is confirmed.
Upgrades are only valid for the named service and cannot be transferred or changed, even if your travel plans change. If you wish to travel on a different train, please check the app to see if upgrades are available for that service and place a new bid or purchase.
Can I Change My Seat?
Unfortunately, once your upgrade is secured, we cannot accommodate any changes to your assigned seat.
However, if you find an unreserved seat that is not occupied, you're welcome to relocate. Please inform the train manager of your move so that your original seat can be made available to other passengers.
