How can I close my account?
In order for us to close your account, you'll first need to disable/delete your payment card from the app and then log out.
Once you've done this, please email us at help@seatfrog.com and provide us with your account details so we can close your account for you. You'll need to supply:
- your first and last name
- your account email address
We will confirm closure of your account within 14 days of receipt of your request.
How can I unlink my Facebook account?
- Go to your Facebook account settings.
- Go to Security and login, then Apps and websites. You will see a list of apps that you have given permission to log in.
- Select the Seatfrog app and remove it.
