Swaps open one day before departure, and close 10 minutes before your train is scheduled to leave.
You need to complete the swap at least 10 minutes before your original train's departure. After this you won't be eligible to swap.
When selecting a new train to swap your reservation to, the departure time must be over 10 minutes away. Trains departing within 10 minutes aren't eligible to swap.
