Go to trainswap.seatfrog.com (or tap 'Swap your train' in the app) and Search for your existing train
Use the form to manually add your existing service. Depending on who you're travelling with you may be asked to enter your seat reservation details.
During this step, if you’re travelling with more than one person you can select the number of people you wish to swap (they will need to have a valid ticket too).

Select the new service you’d like to travel on
We’ll show you a list of all the possible trains you can change to and the price. Just click the train you want to swap to from the list.

Purchase your Swap
If you don’t already have a Seatfrog account, you can easily create one on the website during the checkout process. If you already have an account, you can log in and use your stored payment details or checkout as a guest. If you access Train Swap via the app, you'll stay logged in.

Receive your Swap via email
Once your payment is successful, we’ll send everything you need straight to the email address connected to your account. You can also forward these details to any other email addresses on the order summary page. Please ensure you retain your original ticket for travel, as this will need to be shown to onboard staff if requested.
