If you were lucky enough to win an upgrade but weren’t able to use it due to the disruption, we can get that refunded for you. Just get in touch with our customer support team by writing to email@example.com with details of your Seafrog account and upgrade details.
To claim a refund on any rail tickets you were unable to use due to the strike, please head over to https://seatfrog-refunds.fastrailticketing.com/ and fill out your details. If your service was cancelled, the £10.00 admin fee will not apply to your refund - please be sure to select 'Service Cancelled / Disrupted' as the reason for your request.
Once all that information has been received, you'll receive a reference number followed by a confirmation email when your refund has been issued.
